Session Description

In April 2018, iEARN's YES program team organized a Sustainable Development Goal Virtual Summit. Fifteen YES alumni from nine different countries presented on service projects they developed and implemented within their own community. Each session and project aligned with a specific SDG. Attendees from around the world joined the summit to learn strategies and best practices from the YES alumni and left the summit inspired and better prepared to develop their own projects. This workshop session will discuss the best practices and lessons learned from the YES SDG Virtual Summit and encourage educators to develop a similar project within their own classrooms.
