Mamuka Tsiviladze

I was born on 26 November, 2001. I live in Tbilisi, Georgia and study in British-Spanish school "Aia-Gess." For now I’m in 11th grade and I’m interested in PR-Marketing or Diplomacy.

Basically I have seasonal hobbies. In winter I love snowboarding, in summer I love swimming. Also want to learn playing on both types of musical instruments: classic and modern. For now I can play on piano (but I’m not really good at that, busy with other projects and preparation for exams).

I have participated in science projects such as Millenium and Leonardo Da Vinci. Also I was participating in many projects referring to diplomacy. I started participating in this kind of projects from National Model United Nations conference, in 2016 until today. The last one was “Reformer 2018” which gave me good experience of public speech and working in committees.

My name is Tamar Beridze. I am seventeen years old. I live in Tbilisi, Georgia with my family. I go to private school called “Aia-GESS.” It is one of the best schools in the country which gives students opportunities to communicate with people from several countries in their own languages. I like learning foreign languages the most. I can speak six languages (including Georgian). Out of all these languages the one that I enjoy learning most is English. I don’t usually have free time but when I do I love watching movies with my family and spending time with my dog. Some of my hobbies include singing and reading the books. I really like being part of the projects which can make the world a better place someday. I truly believe that people can make changes and everything has to start with small steps.

Date: Tuesday

Time: 12:00-12:30 PM

This session is associated with a UN SDG!

Session Description

This talk will present a review of all those scientific researches high school students do for young ones at our school. Volunteering for young students in order to show them simple experiments - beginning from entertaining, interesting demonstrations to serious inventions that brought our school fame, get to know innovations and rise the interests towards science is helping seniors in forming themselves as future citizens. Activities like these in our school gives a stimulus to the youth for joint projects within and outside our school, by being the member of even one experiment, youths share the excitement and get a desire to involve as much as possible. All of these will be shown in slides and if possible we will carry out some of them which are gripping and captivating as well as harmless.

What will youth learn and be able to do at the end of the session?

The young scientists have the chance to meet others with similar abilities and interests and to carry out mutual projects as well throughout the world. This talk also aims to build a more harmonious relationship between scientific endeavour and the world youth  society at large.
