The experience with iEARN projects has been awesome and educative. I have gained a lot of experience, technical, collaborative and organizational skills by learning from iEARN projects through Professional Development online courses for educators and from other iEARN experts.
As the iEARN Zambia country coordinator, attending the 2018 iEARN International Conference & Youth Summit in Winchester, Virginia, USA will help me understand and gain ideas from other experts and other iEARN members by establishing a support network on how to make iEARN Zambia grow bigger, increase the participation of Zambian teachers and students so that they will be able to exchange ideas, experiences on different iEARN projects.
