Session Description
This workshop will explore the themes of friendship and social inclusion through school games and sports. It will explore how to support parents and educators in sports education. Through sports, entertainment, and games, children and teenagers learn to exercise judgment and critical thinking to find solutions to their problem. These activities encourage friendship, solidarity, loyalty and ability while incorporating the values of teamwork, self-discipline, trust, respect for others, initiative and the sense of command.
What will educators learn and be able to do at the end of the session?
The goal of this session is to
-further integrate sport into schooling
-support the role of associations involved in sport
-encourage exchanges through sport
-make sport more fun
