Session Description

Students declare and share their dreams with the world by using words and art to create physical Dream Flags on cloth, connecting them to a line, and sharing them in local communities and globally through the Dreamline mobile app and website. The Dreamline website and mobile app bring the dreams and aspirations of K-12 students into a social media space, creating inspiration, support, and encouragement for students and the public everywhere. Dreamline publishes individual Dream Flags with audio recordings of students reading in multiple languages along with geotag information, SDG tags, and school-created hashtags. Participant teachers in iEARN will include school-to-school connections through Learning Circles and the iEARN platforms as is appropriate for each participant group.

What will youth learn and be able to do at the end of the session?

Dreamline invites K-12 students to declare and share their dreams with the world, building student motivation and global empathy.
