I received a degree in teaching English and French as second languages from Krasnoyarsk Pedagogical University, Russia. I am currently teaching English at a municipal school in Krasnoyarsk. My professional interests focus on international collaboration and global projects. My philosophy of education is that teaching and research complement each other. My current projects in iEARN include the Holiday Card Exchange project and Cultural Package Exchange project. In addition at my school I am responsible for work with gifted children. I develop special programs and the strategies to employ with gifted students.

Session Description
The session shows the international collaboration among schools from different countries and how this helps students to understand more about other countries' culture and traditions.
What will educators learn and be able to do at the end of the session?
The goal of the session is to show that such projects broaden the students' look at the world around them.
