Gian Paul Gonzalez’s message of being “ALL IN” has reached people across the world. During the New York Giants’ 2011 Super Bowl run, much of their inspiration is attributed to Gian Paul’s now famous “ALL IN” rally cry speech that he delivered during the team’s chapel service prior to their Christmas Eve game with the NY Jets. It is widely recognized as having inspired the New York Giants to their Super Bowl victory. Since then, Gian Paul has traveled across the nation as a motivational speaker for many corporate, athletic, government and educational institutions. He has been featured on ESPN, Fox News and CNN. Some of the groups he has spoken to include the NBA’s Portland Trailblazers, Navy Seals and West Point Military Academy.
Gian Paul was a former NCAA First Team All-American basketball player from Montclair State University, scoring nearly 1,400 points in his 3 year career. He played in the NBA Summer League in 2007. Gian Paul holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. He is also is the founder of Hope and Future, an organization dedicated to using basketball to share a message of hope and striving for excellence in inner-city public schools and juvenile detention centers. He is represented by A Vision in Motion Speakers Bureau.

Session Description
Gian Paul Gonzalez’s keynote presentation discusses the keys to helping empower you as a global citizen to truly commit to your goals despite the obstacles which will try to hinder the type of “ALL IN” commitment you need for success. His passionate storytelling describes the origination of a phrase birthed in a New York Giants locker room, to becoming a yearly motto for many schools, educational organization and corporations. Gian Paul implores his listeners to let *“ALL IN” be more than just a slogan, but become a lifestyle that will impact all parts of their existence personally and professionally, as he outlines the steps that need to be taken to be “ALL IN.”
Gian Paul Gonzalez uses the concept of “ALL IN” to challenge students and staff to examine their lives at school, with family and in the community and how they can become committed or take it to the next level of commitment.
