Registration Information

The iEARN Conference and Youth Summit venue is John Handley High School in Winchester, VA. Plenaries, workshops, and conference activities will take place at this iEARN partner high school. Conference participants will be lodged at a local university just two miles from the high school. 

iEARN-USA is offering four styles of accommodation: Dormitory (shared bathroom), Quad (shared bathroom), Suite (share bathroom) and Private. Prices will range from $450 to $650 depending on accommodation. Stay tuned for more pricing details to come in January. 

Registration includes accommodation for 6 nights, daily meals, daily transportation between the university and the conference site, as well as transportation to and from the international airport in Washington, DC. Participants will also have the option to choose between registration without accommodation and day passes to the conference for local attendees.

Travel Preparation

The conference location, Winchester, VA, is 100 km west of Washington, DC. Participants should search for flights that arrive and depart from Dulles Airport (IAD), a major international airport that provides many direct flight options to locations around the world.

Please visit the U.S. Department of State website for visa information and guidelines for your country. iEARN-USA will provide conference invitation letters to registered international participants, following support from their iEARN Country Coordinator. Please hold all visa related questions until after registration opens on February 1, 2018.
